Session Quizzes

The Session quizzes should be used alongside the Session reviews. Either before or after doing the Session review you can take the ten-question quiz to test yourself on how well you’ve picked up the most important aspects of that session.

Don’t worry if you get any wrong, the correct answers will be shown when you get the score back to help make sure you have the information you need to ‘become your own therapist’. You can do the quiz as many times as you want.

Please note, when you sign up you will receive a personal login so all your personal information will be kept strictly confidential, you will be the only person who has access to your answers.
