As you will know, stress can severely affect concentration and memory.
You may find you struggle to take in or remember a lot of the information presented during the sessions. Session reviews can be used in addition to the
booklets to make sure you understand as much information from each session as possible.
Session reviews offer the opportunity go over the main points of each session in your own time. You will be able to watch/listen to video/audio clips used in the session again and will complete interactive homework tasks. Each session is introduced by Dr Jim White, creator of Stress Control.
